Returns & Exchange Policy
PONY3 will gladly exchange any order if you have chosen the incorrect size, if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item. Please contact us before returning with proof of purchase and to ensure that we have your correct size in stock.

The quickest and easiest way for an exchange is to enclose a prepaid, self-addressed Australia Post bag for your exchanged item, so that it can be returned the same day as receiving.

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges because you have changed your mind or have selected the wrong item. So please take the time to choose wisely.

Please also ensure that when you return items, that they are unworn and in their original condition. Items not received in original condition are not re-saleable, are unable to be accepted back and will be returned to you at your expense. Items must be able to be re-shelved and resold as new. Please consider this before returning the item to us.
